These Terms and Conditions govern the use of AA Transport Limited’s professional chauffeur services in London. By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to AA Transport Limited.
• “Client” refers to any individual, business, or organization that books and/or uses our services.
• “Services” refers to the chauffeur-driven transportation services provided by the Company.

2. Booking & Confirmation

1. Reservation Process:

   • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
   • Clients must provide accurate details, including pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, and any special requirements.

2. Confirmation:

   • A booking is confirmed once the Company sends a confirmation email or receipt to the Client.

3. Amendments:

   • Changes to bookings must be communicated promptly. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

1. Pricing:

   • Prices are quoted at the time of booking and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
   • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or changes to the itinerary.

2. Payment Methods:

   • Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods as specified during booking.

3. Late Payments:

   • Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Client:

   • Cancellations must be communicated in advance.
   • Refunds will be processed as follows:
     • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up: Full refund.
     • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up: No refund.

2. Cancellation by the Company:

   • The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Use of Services

1. Client Responsibilities:

   • Clients must ensure the accuracy of all details provided during booking.
   • Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the service.

2. Prohibited Activities:

   • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or use of illegal substances is not permitted in the vehicle.
   • Damage to the vehicle or misconduct by the Client may result in additional charges or termination of the service.

6. Waiting Time & Delays

1. Waiting Time:

   • Complimentary waiting time is provided as follows:
     • 15 minutes for non-airport pick-ups.
     • 60 minutes for airport pick-ups (from the flight’s actual landing time).
   • Additional waiting time is chargeable at a pre-agreed rate.

2. Delays:

   • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond its control.

7. Liability

1. Service Guarantee:

   • The Company will make every effort to provide reliable and punctual services.
   • In the unlikely event of a service failure, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

2. Client Property:

   • The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

3. Third-Party Liability:

   • The Company is not liable for any delays or failures caused by third-party service providers or events outside its control.

8. Chauffeur Conduct

1. Professionalism:

   • Chauffeurs are trained to provide courteous and professional service.
   • Clients must treat chauffeurs with respect and adhere to their instructions for safety reasons.

2. Termination of Service:

   • Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate the service if the Client’s behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
